Sydney Hotel  is a great place to stay if you want to be in the center of the city. Great view from the 6th floor walkway, views from the room balconies are very nice as well. It’s an older hotel, but I find the architecture very pleasing. It’s clean, quiet and well kept. Food at the second floor restaurant is average, but the 6th floor grill is outstanding and should be on your list of places to eat even if you don’t stay at the hotel

Olaer Spring Resort located in a secluded portion of Barangay Apopong‘s steepsided valley formed by the Silway River, and nestled on its  right banks, Olaer’s “cold” Springs Resort was the choice weekend destination for most families in General Santos City during the 70s and early 80s.

Mountain Zip Line of Balakayo Adventure Park
Located among the highest peaks of mountainous Barangay Olympog, General Santos City, overlooking Sarangani Bay and GenSan on the south, the park which is fully operational actually has two ziplines.

Queen Tuna Park (formerly known as Lion’s Beach)

Why QTP over Tropicana? Simply because this beach surpasses generations. It is a public beach developed into a park by the city government. Queen Tuna Park is actually a good place, it just lacks more care and attention, but what should i say? This place is HISTORICAL!

Sarangani Highlands  is located on a hilltop overlooking Sarangani Bay. It has an awesome view of both the sea, downtown Gensan and majestic Mt. Parker and Mt. Matutum on a clear day.
If you are a nature-lover, a garden enthusiast, this is the best place for you to stay and have weekends with your family. They have a vast display of bonsais and lots of ornamental plants. You will surely forget all your troubles when you breathe in the fresh air and fill your senses with the spectacular view. Aside from the regular dining service, Sarangani Highlands now has a hotel and function areas, both air-conditioned and al-fresco, that can accommodate guests for private parties, meetings and other company activities.
Truly a Paradise within the City!

GenSan Fish Port
The Pride of GenSan.
Saan nga ba kilala ang GenSan sa buong Pilipinas? sa Tuna Industry syempre!
The Fishport Complex in Barangay Tambler has a 750 metres (2,460 ft) quay and a 300 metres (980 ft) wharf for 2,000 GT reefer carriers. The fish port is equipped with modern facilities that comply with international standards on fish catch handling. Isa sa pinakamalaking fishport sa buong bansa!
